We’re looking for driven, ambitious individuals to join JMR Group’s Real Estate & Business Acquisitions team in Beachwood, Ohio. No sales experience? No problem. If you’re motivated and ready to learn, we’ll provide the tools to help you succeed.

🔹 What You’ll Do: Network, make calls, analyze deals, write LOIs, follow up, and report directly to the CEO.

💰 Compensation: Base salary $25K + 2% commission (First-year potential: $40K-$150K, Year 2+: $70K-$250K+).
